Yoga..

So lately.. I have been doing the couch to 5k program. This week I decided to take a break from that because I am sick and my goal is to do yoga 5 days this week. Today is day 3. So far I have learned: that I am really not a flexible person at all, there are so many different types of yoga to choose from that it is overwhelming, and I really like yoga. So wish me luck;) I for sure am going to try and integrate it into my regular work-out routine a couple of times a week!

Good Luck! :-) I always feel like yoga is harder than it looks.
